Maybe a similar troubleshooting process will work for you too: Reboot and enter BIOSCheck all Power Management settings are correct and save any changesRestart WindowsDisable Fast StartupOpen your Power Plan Settings So I have to keep on pressing the start button to turn it off and on until it "wants" to work fine. It isn't really a jack. When I turn it off, it turns back on kinda like a restart.
I have also tested with another Linux distribution, and the machine also suspends and shuts down fine.So at least I know it's not necessarily a hardware fault.
