I believe it needs to have the WDDM or something like that. He has an ATI Radeon 8900 AGP card, so I looked up ATI's site and it only really suggested to install the catalyst. nothing seemed to help. Its only screwed up when im using OpenGL.

Try lowering the desktop to 16bit. It seems to be just an inherent problem with the core design. So all you 9800 Pro users, pass this along. That's a good card, even if its old.
