PC Build Doesn't Power On


Since I didn't have any additional parts to test it, I asked if they could determine which it was. $50 later, I was told it was the motherboard or the CPU. The motherboard manual will say where it goes, and there should be something like "PSW" or "Power SW" printed on the board with a color code for the proper header.
