This is NOT software problem, this is HARDWARE problem of that HD Audio chip (which is in fact, one of that cheap shit mounted in cheap things like my Acer... The mobo is a Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H rev 1.1, but we already know that the motherboard is a victim here; not a culprit.
