I went to CMOS and found no detection from any drive( no HD, no CdROM).After testing, I saw that it was the secondary IDE slot from mobo that was defective, so Then I removed 2 sticks of ram of my 4 total (2gbx4 sticks) and the computer fired up just fine...Not very happy about loosing 4Gb of RAM as I use this I would search HP for the user manual and see if it does and how to access it.
