A few months ago I tried OCing the CPU and RAM without adjusting the voltage, but reverted it back to stock after a couple of days. Try resetting cmos and load system defaults in bios. Are you sure you are connecting the correct cables ? System Not Power Up, Cpu Fan Is Running All EXCEPT graphics card fans, which run at full blast.
