The Pro idled around 38c, and under full load went to 66c. The NV Silencer 5 is a better cooler than the PC 6800GT heatsink, but not really any better than the 6800Ultra's heatsink based on tests in some PC reviews. if you have the money to spare.... My 6800 ultra originally peaked at around 66 (°C I assume-Mike) while gaming (UT, WoW) and idled in the high 50s. I welcome other Mac 6800 owner comments - please include your system/OS version and details on apps/games, etc. I wonder what kind of case temps you'd get in one of those running a Prescott as well.

I don't think 70c is a problem. RBX and inovatech NB. The Zalman fan connector won't fit the Nvidia PCB and I refused (because the ugly looks) to use the supplied Zalman cable. Fianlly if you are WCing with these make sure you use ramsinks as these water blocks do not have ram cooling like the stock HS Thanx for the linkage speed bump
