Are all your drives SATAs? I don't see a problem here... I did reset BIOS, but I can't seem to update it. I went to work one yesterday and everything was fine, I left my Windows 7 system running as I usually do. If so, remove it. Just backup your partition with the data, as the partition table is likely corrupt so won't do any good to backup the entire HDD now.
