Sounds stupid but you can give it a try if none of above works for you.PS. Instead of depending on a passive heatsink for cooling, many recent video cards use a small fan to cool the video processor. Everything is plugged in, the fans on the cards spin when I turn on the computer, just no signal. Pointless deception.Either the new graphics card is DOA or it is too much drain on the powersupply.
