Using a difference PCIE port didn't help either. Or is there another solution? After I installed them both(note:this is my first time dealing with installing hardware) I tried turning on my computer and my moniter stayed blank and power save mode. The 12 volt rail thing I'm not sure about. if gpu crashes or blank screen ... So I should ask ASUS about that? I'll also try and make sure the powerplug clips down properly.

If I can remember correctly a poster had a similar problem and it turned out to either be the card was not fully seated because of case interference but because your My computer wont turn on only when my GPU is in. all i can assume is that the GPU is not getting enough power, it's trying toboot but as it begins to ramp up, it drops off again re-setting it's self.
