Hardware Acceleration is turned off & flash is on its latest version. The laptop stats are 4GB RAM & has an i3 CPU, so should be up to the task. You are missing software or drivers, usually free, than will enable proper operation when downloaded and installed from the maker of your computer, or your operating system.
